Nick,
You are an inspiration to me. What came to me while I listened to your speech, is that my experience and fun I have in my improv troupe, may be an awesome workshop for team cooperation, listening and innovation.
It's about making the others look good.

You absolutely Rock.
I am blessed to know you,

Kacey

Your graduation speech surely deserves its own blog ! :) - loved the calf path metaphor, idea of working 1/2 time in areas you know and 1/2 time in new areas and of course positive vision to create your own future.
I don't often take out 20 minutes to listen to a video but I'm glad i did! We all need reminding to stay on our own paths...thanks!
