		<description>You&#039;re right, looking back is not always productive.  As you mention, you have to do the best you can at the time with what ever information and resources you have, realizing that some decisions will not end up being good ones all the while hoping that they will, and things will work out well.

In the end we are only at the helm for a short time.  We can&#039;t always predict the weather.  We can only hope that the Monday morning quarterback team gives us a fair evaluation even though they were not on the field at the time.</description>
