		<description>&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s really big difference, we here in Canada spend about 10% of GDP for health care costs and I don&#039;t believe our care is much more behind in quality. Of course, such impressive funds enable you to be #1 in medical research, on the other hand, is it really useful, when you are sacrificing 16% of nation, leaving them uninsured?&lt;/p&gt;
